Next Level makes every effort to ensure students meet with the same instructor each week. In the event an instructor becomes unavailable due to an illness or unavoidable conflict, it is possible a student may encounter a different instructor. However, this is an exception. When a switch does occur, one of our directors will meet with the substitute instructor to review the student’s personality, learning style, tutoring status and goals, recent sessions, and any other factors that may impact our work with the student.

If we see a student multiple times each week, tutoring may involve more than one instructor. In that event, the schedule is established before tutoring begins and the assigned instructors collaborate with each other and coordinate their work with the student.
