Please email Next Level at firstname.lastname@example.org or call (212) 957-9100 as soon as you become aware you want to cancel a session. If Next Level is able to fill the scheduled tutoring session there will be no charge to the student. If Next Level can’t fill a session canceled with less than 24-hours’ notice, the regular session fee will be billed. For Monday sessions, the cancelation request must be made on Friday before the time of the session. For example, if the student has a 4pm session on Monday the cancelation must be made by 4pm on the Friday before the session.
Please note that Next Level is unable to make exceptions for illnesses. We appreciate that illness often arises unexpectedly and you can be assured we will make every effort to fill the time, but in the event we cannot do so, we are always happy to provide online tutoring if the student feels up to it. Please contact Next Level in advance to receive instructions to download free video conferencing software to your video capable device.
Any cancelation made with less than 24-hours’ notice (or 72-hours’ notice for Monday sessions) will be billed at the regular fee.
